Maunder Studio do not accept any returns on ink, needles, machine or tubes.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products must be sent back to us in its original, unopened with tags and packaging as well as unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
After inspecting your order to ensure quality and if it has been approved, refunds will be processed up to 10 business days to the original form of payment.
Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Maunder Studio reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy or after the relevant returns period above.
Returns that do not respect the policy, we may ask you to cover the delivery costs to send back to the original shipping address.

To start your return, please contact us at with your order number and products you like to return to initiate the return process.

No exchanges. All returned item will be followed by our return policy. If you need a different size or colour of an item, simply place a new order. 

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!).
If we’re able to locate the items (it’s not always possible) and you’d like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Please be mindful trying on your order that no deodorant, makeup or perfume that may stain or rub on apparel and any jewelry that may catch and rip the fabric.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity: for example, we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and frequent returns from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may deactivate your account and any associated accounts and/or cancel future orders.

Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don’t match what you ordered.

If you have not received a refund, please give it a full 24 hours before rechecking your bank account.
If the issue persists, you should contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
