SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Please know that since we operate Monday through Friday, orders placed after 1pm PST on Friday and on weekends will not be processed for fulfillment until the following business day.
PROCESSING TIMES
For all orders placed through superfineink.com, please allow up to 2 business days for handling; in most cases, we will ship your order the next day or the following business day.
SHIPPING WITHIN USA
Shipping to USA is shipped through USPS or UPS. Shipment will take up to 6 business days. Tracking number is provided.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Shipment is done through Canada Post or UPS. Depending where you are located, it may take up to 2-8 business days for arrival. Tracking number is provided. Timeframe does not include handling time.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
International orders are shipped by USPS. Shipping time varies based on your location. It may take up to 7-14 business days. Tracking number is provided.
RUSH SHIPPING
Expedited shipping service can be used upon request.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are backordered. A backorder maybe be cancelled anytime prior to shipping.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused packages.
ADDRESS CORRECTION
It is the customer responsibility to ensure and confirm the billing and shipping information before placing an order, there may be additional charge due to package interception for address change.
